There is a familiar deal in media: we give you the room, the gear and the reach, and in exchange we own a piece of what you make. Sometimes it is the whole show. Sometimes it is exclusive distribution, a share of sponsorship revenue for years, or a right of first refusal on whatever you make next. For a new creator with no other option, the trade can feel worth it. It rarely looks that way two years later.
What we provide
PitcHouse will provide the rooms, the crew, the tools and the distribution. A producer at the desk, engineers and editors on staff, post-production rooms, and delivery to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Audible, iHeart, SiriusXM and every other major platform. You will pay for the room and the services you use.
What we never ask for
Your intellectual property. Your distribution. Your freedom to publish anywhere, move to another studio, or sell your own sponsorships. The show is yours on the day you walk in and on the day you walk out.
“The show is yours on the day you walk in and on the day you walk out.”
Services on your terms
Sponsor integrations, dynamic ad insertion and audience measurement will be available as services if you want them. A sales and sponsorship team in every studio will be able to connect shows with brands. None of it will be a condition of booking a room, and none of it changes who owns the show.
Why this is good business for us
A studio that owns its creators has to keep them. A studio that serves its creators has to earn them. We would rather earn them. Creators who own their work stay longer, record more and send their friends. That is a better foundation for a network of studios than a contract nobody wants to sign twice.
