PitcHouse / Leadership
Led by Alexandra Pohl, Chief Executive Officer, and William Pohl III, Chief Operating Officer, with Suebina Wong, McCory King, Joe Tobin and Julia Tripline. Each studio will be run by a Studio Director and a team of twelve.
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Content is core infrastructure. The best studios belong where people already work.
Alexandra Pohl is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PitcHouse, and she chairs the PitcHouse investment committee. PitcHouse builds podcast, audio and content studios inside office and mixed-use properties and acquires media companies to build an IP library and distribution network.
The foundation
Raised in a real estate family, Alexandra built early mastery in capital strategy and asset performance. She earned dual undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Exercise Science, competing as a Hall of Fame dual-sport NAIA D1 athlete, then deepened her competitive discipline through martial arts and an MBA in Global Business Management.
Operations
For more than seven years she applied lean and Toyota Production System methods to complex multi-site operations: at Toyota she compressed project timelines and eliminated workflow waste; at Danfoss she standardized KPIs and tightened variance to budget across international programs.
Public service
She then spent more than eight years in senior U.S. federal leadership on regulatory and infrastructure matters, and has personally directed $300 million or more in development and capital programs.
PitcHouse
Alexandra runs PitcHouse studios like any operating asset: utilization, revenue per studio hour, margin and client retention are reported every month. Every media acquisition is underwritten on the audience and content rights it brings, not the headline. Growth follows the studios that prove demand.
Hallmarks of leadership
Platform builder
Co-founded PitcHouse on a single operating spine: standardized diligence, one reporting standard and shared services.
Content as infrastructure
Treats studios and content libraries as long-term infrastructure, with the same metrics and controls as any real asset.
Investor alignment
Reports to investors the way she reports an operating asset. Expectations are written down before capital is committed.
Public-minded leadership
Running businesses well means safer buildings, more reliable service and stronger communities.
Global mindset, local execution
A global lens on markets and capital, executed locally through hands-on partnership with every team.
“Every business is a media business now. PitcHouse puts the studio down the hall.”
Alexandra Pohl
Off the clock
Alexandra’s profit-with-purpose ethos holds that well-run businesses create value for the people they serve, the teams that run them and the capital partners who back them. Outside the boardroom she supports shelters and rescue organizations, because she believes leadership is measured not only by returns but by the lives improved along the way. Home includes her six dogs, among them Bentley, her Great Dane.

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
He builds buildings, and he builds software.
William Pohl III is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of PitcHouse, and Co-Chair of the PitcHouse investment committee. He owns the operating build: studio design and construction, technology, crews and the playbook every location runs on.
The foundation
William grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, watching his father build one business after another: a CPA firm, real estate companies, a roofing company and a collector car dealership. His father gave him one rule he still runs on: never quitting gives you an advantage over 99% of the people. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from American Public University.
Real estate
He joined his father’s firm, Trustpoint Financial Corp., in 2001 as a project manager on job sites across the eastern United States, and by 2005 was Managing Partner running its residential real estate funds. He went on to found Tetra Homes Inc. in single-family (2011 to 2015) and Majorwave Corp. in multifamily (2015 to 2021), acquiring whole neighborhoods and communities and repositioning them into places people wanted to live.
Two decades
Through the 2008 collapse he kept building, bought while others sold, gave investors the hard truth before they had to ask and kept his team together. Over two decades, his 20 residential real estate funds and his companies delivered more than 10,000 homes and apartments across eight states and Washington, D.C., and he never ran a team larger than 25 people.
PitcHouse
William leads PitcHouse the way he leads a build: pick the right space, build it once, build it right, and keep it booked. He owns the construction schedule and budget for every studio, chooses the technology it runs on and keeps each studio team small and accountable.
Hallmarks of leadership
Total ownership
Owns whatever the work needs, from the first site walk to the last line of the budget.
Builder and technologist
Brings construction and software to studios that are fast to open and easy to run.
People first
Backs people before plans. He looks for hustle, grit and honesty, and gives the same back.
Built through the cycle
Built through the 2008 housing collapse, protected investors and kept his team together.
Lean teams, outsized output
More than 10,000 homes and apartments delivered without ever running a team larger than 25 people.
“Build the studio once, build it right, and keep it booked.”
William Pohl III
Off the clock
His advice to every team he leads is his father’s: don’t quit. Outside the office he rescues dogs (Cookie, Bleu, Willow and Ghost) and supports animal rescue, grows exotic fruit trees that have no business surviving an Ohio winter, and builds AI systems and websites late at night.

Every launch depends on dozens of decisions landing on time.
PitcHouse is preparing to open professional podcast and video studios city by city, and it is building PitcHouse Media to grow through acquisition. Every launch depends on dozens of decisions landing on time. As Chief of Staff, Suebina Wong makes sure they do.
Suebina works directly with Alexandra Pohl, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. She owns the company’s leadership calendar and the cadence of its Investment Committee and governance councils, tracks executive priorities through to completion, and keeps the studio launch teams across PitcHouse’s six cities and the leadership of PitcHouse Media working from the same plan.
Deciding where and how a studio opens draws on her years in real estate. Ranked for five straight years among the best-performing agents in the country, she worked on acquisitions, entries into new markets, and asset repositioning in large, competitive cities.
Running a rollout at scale calls on what came before that: twelve years in the U.S. Intelligence Community, six on active Army duty. As a Senior SIGINT Geospatial Analyst and mission team lead, she supported campaigns from Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn to Enduring Freedom and Resolute Support in Afghanistan. She afterward trained 1,000-plus government intelligence professionals, experience in building programs that hold up as they grow.
A company that builds studios for storytellers needs to tell its own story well.
McCory King, Head of Investor Relations at PitcHouse, trained in communications and has spent two decades putting it to work. PitcHouse is opening professional podcast and video studios in commercial office space city by city, and building PitcHouse Media to grow through acquisition. McCory explains that plan to the people who invest in it.
McCory reports to Chief Operating Officer William Pohl III and partners with Alexandra Pohl, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. On behalf of PitcHouse he engages limited partners, family offices, institutional allocators, and strategic partners, and leads investor engagement, due diligence, capital-raising initiatives, and reporting on each studio launch across PitcHouse’s six cities and on PitcHouse Media’s acquisitions.
Over more than 20 years, McCory has worked across financial services, strategic operations, risk management, and technology. He provided treasury services to Fortune 500 companies and state clients at Bank of America, and as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State he led complex, high-consequence initiatives that depended on trusted relationships and clear communication with senior leaders. He brings the same approach to PitcHouse’s investors: concise updates, candid answers, and a clear line from strategy to results.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Old Dominion University and a Master of Science in Intelligence Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Production from both sides of the camera.
Joe Tobin knows production from both sides of the camera. As Head of Research at PitcHouse, which is opening professional podcast and video studios in commercial office space city by city and building PitcHouse Media to grow through acquisition, he brings 12 years of live production experience to the company’s investment work.
Joe reports to William Pohl III, Chief Operating Officer, and works alongside Alexandra Pohl, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He researches studio markets, creator and audience demand, and media acquisition targets, and builds the return models behind each studio launch across PitcHouse’s six cities and each PitcHouse Media deal.
On the national sports entertainment circuit, Joe has produced and directed live events across the country and in international markets. He coached and developed talent, with some of his students going on to national television contracts, and crafted marketing that grew audiences, click-through rates, and merchandise sales. His work has earned numerous honors and recurring roles on national television. He pairs that with a scientist’s rigor: ten years as a biotechnology subject matter expert in gene and cell therapy protein purification, including service as lead manufacturer and department supervisor of a department that oversaw more than 20 drug molecules for critically ill patients.
Joe graduated with honors from Towson University in 2015 with a degree in biochemistry. Off the clock, he trains as a bodybuilder, paddleboards, and creates epoxy resin art.
The first voice many partners and guests hear.
Julia Tripline is Office Manager at PitcHouse, which is opening professional podcast and video studios in commercial office space city by city and building PitcHouse Media to grow through acquisition. She runs the office and front desk and is the first voice many partners and guests hear when they contact the company.
Julia reports to William Pohl III, Chief Operating Officer, and serves as assistant to him and to Alexandra Pohl, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. With studio launches across six cities and media deals in progress, she keeps leadership’s calendars, travel, and expenses in order and makes sure meetings and visits run smoothly. She also handles the main line, mail, and deliveries, coordinates office vendors and equipment, and leads onboarding for new team members.
Julia is an Air Force veteran. In more than eight years across executive aviation, global operations, program management, and organizational leadership, she supported senior national and military leadership on domestic and international operations, where timing, discretion, and attention to detail mattered. She learned to anticipate changing needs, coordinate across organizations, and keep things moving under pressure, much like a production schedule that cannot slip.
She also served as an instructor and leader, managing training and qualification programs for hundreds of personnel, and contributed to organizational improvements with senior Air Force leadership, including the establishment of a new aviation career field. That experience helps her build the routines a company needs as it opens in new cities, so that every location starts from the same standard.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Anthropology and an Associate of Science in Space Technology and is pursuing a Master of Science in Intelligence Management. Off the clock, the Oregon native travels, runs, bakes, and spends time outdoors with her two dogs.
